The State Government of Odisha has launched Soil Health Card Scheme for farmers. In this scheme, the government will provide the right information about soil health including essential nutrients. Besides, the state government will also provide financial help to the farmers. This scheme is launched on 09 April 2018. The state government has also named this scheme as Bhoochetana.
Ama Gaon Ama Vikas Yojana – The state government of Odisha led by the Hon’ble Chief Minister of Odisha has announced the launching of a new scheme named “Ama Gaon Ama Vikas Yojana”. Odisha Mukhyamantri Kalakar Sahayata Yojana – The state government of Odisha led by the Hon’ble Chief Minister Mr. Naveen Patnaik has made an announcement that the government has launched the Odisha Mukhyamantri Kalakar Sahayata Yojana. Under this scheme, the state government will provide an allowance to artists (50000). Odisha Fertilizer Subsidy Scheme – The State Government of Odisha in coordination with the Agriculture Department has all set to begin the Fertilizer Subsidy Scheme from 1 February 2018. Under this scheme, the state government will provide the Direct Benefit Transfer (DBT) to the retailers for the distribution of fertilizers to the farmers. Odisha APARNA Portal – The Odisha Government has launched the ARPANA Portal for the revision of pension/ family pension and pensioners. The word “ARPANA” stands for Apply for Revision of Pension Using Aadhaar Number Authentication. This means that the pensioners can revise their pension/family pension. The only thing they have to do is filling out the online application form via Aadhaar e-KYC process.
Nabakrushna Choudhury Secha Unnayan Yojana – Recently, the Union Cabinet headed by the Hon’ble Chief Minister of Odisha Mr. Naveen Patnaik has given approval to a new scheme named ‘Nabakrushna Choudhury Secha Unnayan Yojana’. This scheme has been named after renowned freedom fighter and former CM Nabakrushna Choudhury. This scheme has been launched at the cost of Rs 635 crore and other 10 projects.
Odisha Sudaksya Yojana – The State Government of Odisha led by the Hon’ble Chief Minister Naveen Patnaik has given approval to the ‘Sudaksya Yojana’ for the encouragement of women and girls in the state in order to pursue technical education courses. Thi scheme will be implemented for the financial year 2017-18 and 2018-19.
Baristha Nagarika Tirtha Yatra Yojana – The State Government of Odisha is going to start the Baristha Nagarika Tirtha Yatra Yojana, for the senior citizens of the state from November for the second consecutive year.
New Health Schemes – The State Government of Odisha led by the Hon’ble Chief Minister of Odisha Shri Naveen Patnayak has launched three new health schemes in order to develop the healthcare delivery in the state. These health schemes are named as SAMPURNA scheme, ASHA KALYAN Yojana and NHM Employees’ Welfare Fund.
Odisha Government has launched Madhu Babu Pension Yojana. It is a state level pension scheme for widows, old age persons and handicapped of the state. Under this scheme, the Odisha Government will cover about 50 lakh people. This scheme has been launched on August 15, 2017.
