Sambal Yojana – Mukhyamantri Jan Kalyan Yojana

The Madhya Pradesh Government has started a welfare scheme for the Employed Workers in the Unorganized Sector (असंगठित क्षेत्र में नियोजित श्रमिक). The name of this scheme is Mukhyamantri Jan Kalyan Yojana – Sambal Yojana (जनकल्याण (संबल) योजना). The state government has launched this scheme for the Social Security and Upliftment of the Unorganized sector workers. The Online Registration process for the scheme is going on for the workers.

Details Of Sambal Yojana

Under the Mukhyamantri Jan Kalyan Yojana – Sambal Yojana, the Madhya Pradesh Government is running various welfare scheme for the registered workers working at unorganized sectors of the state. Here is the list of welfare schemes running under संबल योजना – 

Antyeshti Sahayata Yojana (अंत्येष्टि सहायता योजना)

Financial assistance scheme for providing assistance on death. accidental death, partial disability, permanent disability caused due to the accident.

Benefits Of Antyeshti Sahayata Yojana

Under this scheme, the financial benefits will be provided as following –

  • On Normal Death – 75,000 Assistance (If Age is Below 45 Years)
  • On Normal Death – 25,000 Assistance (If Age is Above 45 Years)
  • On Accidental Death – 1 Lakh Assistance
  • On Accidental Death During Construction Work – 2 Lakh Assistance
  • On Permanent Disability During Construction Work – 75,000 Assistance
  • In addition to the above, instant death benefit of Rs 5000 / – is also payable in case of death.

Note – The application for availing the benefits of the scheme must be submitted within 6 months of the death

Saral Bijli Bill Yojana (एमपी सरल बिजली योजना)

Under this scheme, the state government provides the facility of using electricity by paying 200 rupees per month. There will be no fee charged while registering for availing the benefits of the scheme. The outstanding electricity bill for the month before the month of registration will be waived under this scheme. For more details of the scheme, visit this link

Antenatal Prevention Checkup Scheme ANC (प्रसव पूर्व जांच प्रोत्साहन राशी योजना)

Under this scheme, the state government provides Rs. 16,000 Assistance to the pregnant women workers. The first 4,000 rupees installment will be available on the pre-delivery of four pre-delivery checkups by the physician or ANM till the last quarter during the pregnancy. While the second 12,000 rupees can be given in government hospital, registration after the institutional birth of the newborn and the infant after getting the vaccination of Zero Doz, VCG, OPD and HBV.

Shiksha Protsahan Yojana (महाविधालय शिक्षा प्रोत्साहन योजना)

Under this scheme, the state government provides financial assistance to the registered labors of the state for their children. The state government provides financial assistance for the children of the workers through which they can pursue their higher education.

Mukhyamantri Annapurna Yojana

The Madhya Pradesh Government has launched the Mukhyamantri Annapurna Yojana for providing food grains at low rates to the poor and needy people of the state. Under this scheme, the state government provides food grains at the following rates –

  • Wheat at Rs. 3 per kg
  • Rice at Rs. 4.50 kg

How to Avail Benefits Of Sambal Yojana – Mukhyamantri Jan Kalyan Yojana

For availing the benefits of the above mentioned government schemes, all the workers / labours who are working in the unorganized sectors of the state will have to register themselves. After registration, the workers will be provided an ID which will work as their identity proof of being a registered worker. This ID Proof will be used in availing the benefits of the schemes under Sambal Yojana.

Madhya Pradesh Asangathit Mazdoor Kalyan Yojana – Labour Registration

Employed workers in the unorganized sector are urged to contact their Gram Panchayat/zone and get their registration done. The state government will organize camps in every 2-3 Gram Panchayats for the registration of the labours/workers.
