RBI New 100 Rupees Note

BNP, the Bank Note Press has already initiated the printing of new Rs. 100 Notes in Dewas. There will be the motif of Rani Ki Bawdi (रानी की वाव) on the reverse side which is situated in Patan town of Gujarat state. This vavdi is also included in the list of World’s Heritage Sites.

The paper for the printing of these notes will be supplied from Paper Mill in Hoshangabad. You can check the size, color, design and other features of this RBI New Rs. 100 Note here.

RBI New 100 Rupees Note – Size / Colour / Design & Features

Here are the important features of this RBI New 100 Rupees Note i.e. size, colour, design etc. are as follows –

    • Size – The Size of note is 66 mm * 142 mm. This note will be smaller in size as compared to the old Rs. 100 Note. The size of the RBI New 100 Rupees Note is made similar to the size of new Rs. 500 Notes.
    • Colour – Lavender (बेंगनी) Colour.
    • Design – There are various geometric patterns on it. 100 is also written in Devanagri and the year of printing is mentioned. Also, there is Ashoka Stambh on the right side and contains ‘Rani ki Vava at the back.
