PM Awas Yojana Madhya Pradesh – In the urban areas, even the construction of affordable housing units under Pradhan Mantri Awas Yojana has not yet begun but in rural areas, Prime Minister’s dream project is taking shape. In this order, the first installment of 40,000 rupees has been credited to the accounts of about 4,600 eligible beneficiaries. Whereas the second installment has been credited to about 2417 eligible beneficiaries.
First Installment Released under PM Awas Yojana Madhya Pradesh
In the current financial year, houses have to be provided to the 15,000 beneficiaries of Silwani Tehsil. According to the Socio-Economic Caste Census 2011, first installment of 40,000 rupees has been credited to the accounts of 4600 beneficiaries out of the total selected beneficiaries. By this, the beneficiaries have started the construction of their housing units.
Whether the beneficiaries are constructing housing units or not? Its inspection is not only being done by the sarpanch-secretary, but the officials of the district and district panchayat are also inspecting the progress of the houses from time to time. The progress of Pradhan Mantri Awas Yojana can be estimated by the thing that the second installment has been released to the 2417 beneficiaries so that the construction work can go forward.
As per the rules of Pradhan Mantri Awas Yojana, the housing will have to be constructed within 290
tructed within 290 sq. meter. It includes 1 room, 1 kitchen, 1 hall and one toilet.
Procedure to Get Next Installment under PM Awas Yojana Madhya Pradesh
The assistance amount will be given in 3 installments of 40,000 rupees. After getting the first installment, the beneficiary must have to provide the proof of construction done using the previous installments. The beneficiary has to submit the photo of the construction done as a proof. After the satisfaction, the next installment will be released.
