Odisha Mukhyamantri Abhinav Krishi Yantrapati Samman Yojana – The State Government of Odisha has launched the Odisha Mukhyamantri Abhinav Krishi Yantrapati Samman Yojana for the farmers of the state. This scheme will speed up the innovative and enterprise skills of farmers. Besides this, the Odisha Government has also launched the Odisha Mukhyamantri Krishi Udhhyog Yojana. Through various welfare schemes for the farmers, the state government is making consistent efforts to encourage farmers and enhance the agricultural production for “Doubling Farmers Income by 2022”.
Mukhyamantri Krishi Udhyog Yojana
Mukhyamantri Krishi Udhyog Yojana provides the facility of easy establishment of agro-industries and provides a subsidy. Under this scheme, the state government provides the easy loan facilities to the farmers. The Odisha Government has also launched apicol.co.in web portal through which the state government will provide easy loan facilities to the farmers. In order to avail the benefits of loan under this scheme, all the farmers can fill the online application form.
Through these schemes, the state government will ensure farmer’s additional income and will also create new employment opportunities. Apart from this, all the educated Youths will also get encouraged for eastablishing new manufacturing units for agriculture, horticulture and food processing sector and also can avail subsidy upto Rs. 50 lakh.
Odisha Mukhyamantri Abhinav Krishi Yantrapati Samman Yojana – Features
The Odisha Government has launched 2 new welfare schemes for the farmers of the state i.e. Mukhyamantri Abhinaba Krushi Yantrapati Saman Yojana (Chief Minister Honouring of Innovative Farm Tools and Implements) and Mukhya Mantri Krishi Udyog Yojana (CM Agricultural Enterprises Scheme).
Here are some important features and highlights of Odisha Mukhyamantri Abhinav Krishi Yantrapati Samman Yojana –
- Farmers & Agricultural Development – Through this scheme, the state government will improve and develop both the agriculture and agricultural workers/labourers.
- Total Number of Beneficiary Farmers – The State Government will provide financial assistance to all the farmers who invent anything innovative like farm tools and implements. The state government will select 101 agricultural workers for reward. Out of which, 11 farmers will be selected at the state level whereas 90 other farmers will be selected at the district level.
- Cash Prize / Reward – Apart from this, the top 3 Farmers will be provided a financial assistance of Rs. 2 lakh, Rs. 1.5 lakh and Rs. 1 lakh respectively. Whereas, all the other selected farmers will be provided a financial assistance of Rs. 15,000 each.
- District & State Level Awards – The selection of the farmers for a reward under this scheme will be made at state and district levels. The state government and will provide them financial assistance.
