Good News for the Students of Madhya Pradesh. The criteria of Madhya Pradesh Mukhyamantri Medhavi Vidyarthi Protsahan Yojana has been extended upto the students securing 70 per cent marks in the Class XII examination. Under this scheme, now, the students scoring 70% marks in 12th class can also avail the benefits. Currently, 75 percent marks are required for this scheme. Under this scheme, all courses offered in government colleges will be covered. Apart from marks criteria, It has also been announced to increase the annual income limit of meritorious eligible students from Rs 6 lakh to Rs 8 lakh.
While communicating directly with the youth from the “Dil Se” Radio Program, Shivraj Singh Chouhan said that students scoring 70% marks in the 12th examination will also get the benefit of the Mukhyamantri Medhavi Vidyarthi Prashant Yojana from next year. Apart from this, the limit of annual income of the eligible students of the scheme has also been increased to Rs 8 lakh.
Benefits to JEE students Under MP Mukhyamantri Medhavi Vidyarthi Protsahan Yojana
CM Shivraj Singh Chauhan said that the engineering students will also get the benefits of Mukhyamantri Medhavi Vidyarthi Protsahan Yojana. The Engineering Students scoring upto 1.5 Lakh Meir in JEE + entrance examination will now get the benefit of this scheme which was being given to the students scoring upto 50,000 ranks earlier.
Apart from this, CM Chauhan informed that all the candidates who could not appear in the Patwari Examination due to some technical reasons will be given a golden opportunity to appear in the examination to be held on December 29 for them. He also informed that around 90,000 posts in the government sector will be filled.
