MP Mukhyamantri Bal Jyoti Yojana – So far, 30 percent of the schools have got electricity in the district. 70 percent of schools are still deprived of electricity. Due to which the students are facing problems of studying dark in the summer season. The Madhya Pradesh Government has launched MP Mukhyamantri Bal Jyoti Yojana to provide electricity in the schools. Under which power will be supplied to all schools.

Details of MP Mukhyamantri Bal Jyoti Yojana

There is good news for those who teach and read in the schools of the district that now the children will not have to read in the dark rooms and neither teachers should sit in the dark and read. Such schools will now be lighted under the MP Mukhyamantri Bal Jyoti Yojana. The present government has started the work in the entire district including Tikamgarh by implementing the scheme on the suggestion of the MP and the protection commission.

For this scheme, the government has given the budget of crores rupees. There are more than two thousand schools in the district. In which hundreds of schools still do not have electricity. In many schools, there is no electricity, students are studying in the dark. There are many schools in which there is electricity but do not deposit their bills. Their electrical connections have been cut by electric companies. Since then, 70 percent of the school is still studying in the dark.

Child Protection Commission Launches MP Mukhyamantri Bal Jyoti Yojana by Conducting Survey

Department officials told that the schools of the state were visited by the members of Madhya Pradesh Child Rights and Protection Commission. According to its survey, there is no electricity in thousands of schools in the state. Due to lack of power in schools, survey report was passed to the department. To which the MP Mukhyamantri Bal Jyoti Yojana has been launched.

Govt. Aimed to Provide Electricity in Every School within 3 Years

DPC said that according to the rule of the district, connections in the primary and secondary schools of the district have been disconnected due to electricity bills. Due to which students have to face the problems in studying in dark closed rooms in the summer. For which the government has launched the MP Mukhyamantri Bal Jyoti Yojana. Under this scheme, electricity will be provided in all schools of the district in three years.

70% Schools Are Deprived of Electricity

Electricity connections were made to each school by the department on order of governance. But the electricity department did not have meters in schools. When meter was applied, meter readings were not taken by the electricity department staff. With this, electricity bills were not distributed. Due to this, the amount of electricity bills in schools has exceeded the school budget. Due to the order of officers of the power department, the connections of schools were cut off. Due to which thousands of schools are being operated without Electricity.

Proposal Sent for Electricity Bills

Due to lack of electricity in the primary, secondary, high school and higher secondary schools of the district, the department has sent proposals to the top officials to deposit electricity bills by the department officials. To which the senior officials of the department are being considered.
