Maharashtra CSMSSY 2017: Benefit to be Deposited in Farmers’ Account

Maharashtra CSMSSY 2017 – The Hon’ble Chief Minister of Maharashtra Shri Devendra Fadnavis made an announcement that the amount of loan waiver, under the state government’s ambitious scheme Chhatrapati Shivaji Maharaj Shetkari Sanman Yojana, will be credited directly to the bank accounts of the eligible registered farmers.

CSMSSY Loan Waiver Scheme 2018 Last Date Extended [UPDATE – 03-05-2018]

In the Chhatrapati Shivaji Maharaj Shetkari Sanman Yojana, the farmers who have not applied for any reason, the deadline for applying for them has been increased to May 20, 2018. Chief Minister Devendra Fadnavis announced this in this regard. For May 1, the deadline has now been extended till May 20. For the one-time settlement scheme, the deadline was extended to June 30, 2018.

According to the CM Fadnavis, the state government will initiate the scheme benefits distribution process of Chhatrapati Shivaji Maharaj Shetkari Sanman Yojana from October 18.

Initially, Chief Minister Devendra Fadnavis informed that the Chhatrapati Shivaji Maharaj Shetkari Sanman Yojana will benefit about 89 lakh farmers in Mumbai and will make around 40 lakh debt-free. The decision was confirmed by the Cabinet.

The main motto of the scheme is to benefit debt-ridden farmers and small and marginal ones entirely.

Although those who have an income of more than 10 lakhs per annum will are not eligible in order to avail the benefits of the scheme.
