KDA PMAY Kanpur Demand Survey – The Kanpur Development Authority has started the Pradhan Mantri Awas Yojana Demand Survey in Kanpur. This survey will be continued till 10 November. The good news is that all the interested citizens of the state who are willing to get a residential flat in Just 2 Lakh Rupees under the Central Government’s ambitious housing scheme named ‘Pradhan Mantri Awas Yojana (PMAY) can now apply for the flat as the application forms for the scheme can be obtained from all the major banks (both government and private) branches at free of cost from 24 October 2017.

The Central Government is providing a residential flat to every needy citizen of the state in just Rs. 2 Lakh Only under its Pradhan Mantri Awas Yojana. All the needy citizens of the state who are willing to avail the benefit of the scheme can submit the application forms by November 10 in all major city banks. Meanwhile, the Kanpur Development Authority will continue the demand survey which will provide information that how many people need a flat.

- Annual Income Limit must not exceed 3 Lakh Rupees.
- No permanent house anywhere in the country.

How to Apply for Flats Under KDA PMAY Kanpur Demand Survey
- All the interested and needy applicants will have to obtain the free application forms from all the major banks (both government and private) branches.
- Then the applicants will have to submit the duly filled application form at the same place along with the required documents.
The Uttar Pradesh State Government led by the Hon’ble Chief Minister Shri Yogi Adityanath has made preparations to build one lakh cheap residential flats in the state under the Affordable Housing Scheme in partnership.
The of each residential flat is coming up to 4.5 lakh rupees. For this, the central and the state government will give a subsidy of 2.5 lakh rupees. By this way, the applicants will have to pay two lakh rupees. The Kanpur Development Authority will get help from private builders in the construction of these EWS-class flats. Presently, the KDA has to make 10 thousand flats.
