Haryana Parivartan Scheme – The state government of Haryana led by the Hon’ble Chief Minister of Haryana has introduced a new scheme named ‘Parivartan Scheme’. The state government has launched this scheme for addressing 10 major issues which include cleanliness and pollution in 46 developmental blocks of the Haryana.
Under Haryana Parivartan Yojana, the state government will provide training (practical) to the employees of the state. And this will create strong training workforce in the state. The Parivartan Scheme is a unique scheme launched for ensuring that the benefits of all the state government scheme must avail byh the needy people.
Apart from this, the Haryana Government will conduct review process of officer’s experience on Civil Service Day – 21 April 2018.
10 Major Issues Under Parivartan Scheme
The state government has launched this scheme for addressing the 10 major issues. These issues are mentioned below –

The State government will a total number of 46 officers for 46 development blocks (1 for each block). Besides this, these officers will atke forward the works in 10 selected common fields and 1 field of their choice.
Parameters Under Parivartan Scheme
Under the Parivartan Scheme, the state government has determined several parameters which will serve on the basis of their performance assessment. Some of the parameters are as follows –
- Making of 10 km long stretches absolutely accident free.
- One Town / Block / Mahagram Stray Cattle Free.
- Proper Delivery of Caste Certificates to Students.
- Filing of Charge Sheets of all FIR’s in case of crime.
The state government has made around 3 lakh govt. employees and directed administrative secretaries for utilizing their services. The main motive of the state government behind launching this scheme is to ensure that the eligible common people belonging to these 46 blocks (more than 1/3 rd of the total area of Haryana) can avail the benefits of several welfare schemes and programmes.
Distribution of Marks Under the Parivartan Scheme
The state government will provide a score (out of a 50) to every officer. This score will be provided to them on the basis of their developmental work in their blocks. Accordingly, the marks distribution is as follows:-
