DDA Authority  (Delhi Development Authority) has finally rolled out its latest housing scheme for year 2016. As the 2016 housing scheme has been planned to launch for 13,000 flats so up coming DDA Housing Scheme 2017 have been assumed for even better and bigger houses.

Delhi Development Authority has announced its upcoming DDA housing scheme 2017. The authority is offering 13,148 flats in the multiple locations of Delhi including Sarita Vihar, Jasola, Dwarka, Pitampura, Sukhdev Vihar, Narela, Rohini, Jahangirpuri, Loknayakpuram, Dilshad Garden, Paschim Vihar, Bindapur and Mukherjee Nagar.


DDA 2017 Housing Scheme is a much awaited housing scheme announced on 18 November 2016 under which the authority is offering 13,148 housing units for Janta, EHS, LIG, MIG and HIG categories in different areas of the capital city.


  • Registration fees has been reduced respectively from 1.5 lakh to 1 lakh and 5 lakh to 2 lakh. – A Big Change.
  • Application Process is both –Online & Offline.
  • Five year bet is finally over – People can sell there flats if want.
  • Amount will be refundable if an applicant withdraws Under terms & Conditions.
