CIDCO Housing Scheme 2018 For 25,000 Houses – The Maharashtra City and Industrial Development Corporation (CIDCO) is planning for constructing 25,000 New Houses. According to socurces, 35% houses (8,750 houses) Out of the total 25,000 houses will be constructed under the central government’s ambitious scheme i.e. Pradhan Mantri Awas Yojana (PMAY). If everything gone according to the plan, then CIDCO will launch its “CIDCO Lottery 2018 For 25,000 Houses” around December 2018.

This will be the second major plan of CIDCO to build thousands of houses. However, the official announcement of this second major housing scheme has not been announced on behalf of CIDCO. Remember that the 14,838 lottery extracted on October 2, had received tremendous support from the general public. However, out of these houses, 1100 houses reserved for Navi Mumbai’s journalists and CIDCO employees have remained unsold.

CIDCO Housing Scheme 2018  – Tenders From Next Month

For the CIDCO Lottery 2018 For 25,000 Houses, CIDCO could possibly issue tenders next month. Under its revised policy, CIDCO is currently working together to build and sell houses. On October 2, the construction of the 14,838 lottery houses that CIDCO had received was almost completed. Likewise, the construction of new 25,000 houses proposed by CIDCO will be started after completion of its tender process. At present, this tender process has been stated in its final stages. With this, CIDCO is preparing to launch 25,000 new lottery homes in December 2018.

According to sources, 25,000 new houses included in the new Mega Housing Project of CIDCO will probably be made in Taloja node. The Central Government is running “Housing For All by 2022” for the poor homeless people of the country. Under this housing scheme, the Maharashtra government has set a target to construct 20 lakh houses.

In order to construct these houses, the state government has also given big responsibility to CIDCO and MHADA. CIDCO is going to construct 5 lakh houses in the coming years in its jurisdiction. CIDCO is also going to support private sector builders for this. CIDCO has planned to build 52 thousand houses out of these five lakh houses.
