Central Govt. to Launch an Ambitious Scheme for Women Entrepreneurs
The Joint Secretary of the Ministry of Micro, Small and Medium Enterprises BH Anil Kumar has announced that Central Government is going to launch an ambitious scheme for the women entrepreneurs.
During the launch ceremony of ‘mylonssocham.com‘ Anil Kumar said that it will be an exclusive scheme for women entrepreneurs. They have not yet finalized the contours. They are trying to launch it before the end of the financial year. myloanassocham.com is a portal, facilitating the loan to MSMSE enterprises by the Associated Chambers of Commerce industry of India (ASSOCHAM).

The main motto of this program is to provide MSMEs online access to funds from banks and financial institutions.
The Joint Secretary said that as per the survey conducted randomly in the year 2007, the MSME sector contributes 8 percent to the country’s GDP, 38 percent of the manufacturing output and 40 percent of the exports. It is not clear how much of that information is based on hardcore data.
In order to project the actual requirements of the sector, the Ministry is in the process of creating an MSME data bank. The official has ordered all enterprises to register themselves. In 2015 the Ministry launched Udyog Aadhar Memorandum for MSME, where anybody who is having Aadhar Card can fill a single paper form and register itself within five minutes.
Anil Kumar Said that the Reserve Bank of India has sanctioned guidelines for the creation of committees for revival and rehabilitation of MSMEs which are facing stress. Banks are in the process of setting them at State levels. The 90 per cent of MSMEs in India is either based on proprietorship or partnership model.
